Although lunchtime is one of the key meal occasions of the day, as a result of the Covid pandemic there’s been a significant shift in at-home consumption with a +87.7% increase versus a -76% decline in carried out lunchboxes. There’s also been a major lunchtime health shift with 33% of adults now switching to healthy foods.
